Applicable Industry:
The machine is the automatic special production line used for angle steel marking, punching (Circular hole,oval hole), and shearing mainly in the field of angle steel tower industry, electric power fittings, structure storage facilities, and steel structure construction industries etc.
Product composition:
This machine is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.

Installation Preparation
1. Installation time required for one set CNC angle line: 3-7 days.
1.1 The buyer should make ready foundation of machine according to the foundation drawing sent from our side. Please note, the foundation base plates for machine are not supplied by us. The buyer should make them according to drawing requirements.
1.2 Number 46# anti-wearing hydraulic oil, appx. 800L.
1.3 Oil filter is required before infuse oil into hydraulic oil tank.
1.4 Power supply and incoming line should be 50Hz, 380V, three phase. The coming line can be cable or lead wire of 3*102mm. And prepare earth wire of 62mm.
1.5 Air supply is required the air compressor also required for machine.
1.6 Leveling instrument (three legs type).
1.7 Frame level meter.
1.8 Five meter length tape measure.
1.9 Straight rule of 200mm.,
1.10 L-square.
1.11 Welding machine for spot weld foundation base plate.
1.12 Traveling crane or moveable forklift.
1.13 Hand drill.
1.14 Three people help to install machine.
2. Commissioning time required: 1-3 days.
2.1 Two operators, one maintainer. Arrange some people to accept training. They have to stay with our engineers during installation, commissioning and training.
2.2 Material for testing machine.
3. Training time required: 5 days.
It is better that the people who accept training can know computer and electrical knowledge.
Remark1:Water Cooling Device
If the temperature of oil is too high, density of the oil becomes smaller, and affecting normal operation of machine, and even causing oil leakage, so the oil need cooling device, the best way of cooling for oil is water cooling, client just need to weld one water tank (size about: 2x1.5x1.8m, this size just for reference, picture as below:), when you welded the water tank, buy one pump (Requirements of the pump: power more than 0.5KW, pump head 10m, if bigger it's better, picture for reference as below:)


This unit is consists of three pieces of machine body, two hydraulic pressure punching cylinders, four die bases with upper and lower dies, and two sets of servo systems for controlling stadia adjustment. This unit can be installed three different standards punches on each side. Every punch matches with one gas cylinder. The gas cylinder piston pole links a padding block, which installed between punch poles and oil cylinder press head. It automatic chooses punch, namely choose relevant gas cylinder to drive relevant padding block according to the order of computer. The position of stadia is located by servo motor, which drives ball screw to drive die base move up and down, thus to achieve the requirement of stadia position. It can punch many rows and different diameters holes on two wings of angle steel.

This unit consists of fix lathe bed, movable lathe bed, hydraulic pressure head, four positions oil cylinders (can change four positions for character boxes) and adjusting device. According to the order of computer, to mark on places the drawings require. For making the mark clear and endurable, and avoiding the angle steel abrade character heads, it adds oil cylinder of movable lathe bed uplift and falling. For satisfying the processing scope, it adds manual adjustment setup, which can change the position of characters to adapt different standards angle steel.

1. Space between our character groups is larger, which can accommodate bigger size character. And solve problem that when one character group works, the near group will also mark on the edge of angle. And we can make bigger marking unit for the bigger size characters. The common marking force is 1030kN for this machine. We can supply bigger marking unit with 1400kN. Then, the cylinder diameter is bigger than common one and stronger.
2. Enclosed marking unit. It is more stable, safe and nice shape. This close type structure will prolong the life of marking unit.
Our patent:
We improve the supporter device into slide type. This new design can prolong life of supporter and more beautiful than old type. It avoids spring damage if uneven weight borne on both sides. For old type supporter, there are two separate springs on both sides. If the angle is bending, the two sides will bear different weights, then the heavy side spring will be pressed down and can not upspring after some time. Therefore the back mark will be bad and also impact the accuracy.
Work piece Table: It is driven by engine and retarder through chain wheel and chain. There are three long axis and six self-master shaft couplings to achieve synchronization of the chains. Thus the angle steel will be stable and make lower noise during feeding process. The function of this part is that feed angle steel into the tank and prepare to be take by the take-out device.
Overturning Rack: It is driven by engine and retarder through chain wheel and chain. Thus it achieves synchronization of swivel arm of the four take-out devices through long axis and self-master shaft couplings to of the chains.
Easy Programming Methods
Work piece program is input into computer according with the drawing dimension of work piece and some rules to make it can be identified by computer.
Several symbols are explained as follows:
  1. P----It refers to specification of angle, for example ∟100×10 angle steel.
(2) M----The element of the material of the angle, for example: Q235A, 16Mn.
(3) LP----The length of the work piece.
(4) SA SB----Refers to the width of two wings of the angle steel.
(5) TA TB----Refers to thickness of two wings of angle steel.
(6) X----Refers to the distance from center of the hole to front edge of angle steel. Its
   short name is end distance.   
  1. XI----Refers to the distance between the current hole and the hole of last row at the
   program at X axis direction.
(8) TR---Refers to the stadia (edge distance) of the hole.
(9) DA DB----Refers to the diameter of holes in both A side and B side.
(10) PP----Refers to the same diameter of holes. Namely, the distance among near   
    holes with the same edge distance.
  1. RP----Refers to the same diameter of holes. Namely, count by of holes with the
    same distance among them and with the same edge distance.
(12) MK----Refers to marking.
(13) M30----Refers to program finish.
(14) END----Refers to files finish.
