Kawasaki Robot :
The Precision motion determining the welding path to deposit the weld at the required location with swift and accurate motion. The 2 Meter reach and 12 Meter stroke 7th Axis enables it to cover a large working area.
Welding Power Source:
Inverter based Welding Power source from reputed Panasonic brand. Very efficient and Reliable. YD-500GL5 has good welding performance for carbon steel and stainless steel, it employs short-circuit transfer with light spatter using low current, it is suitable for base welding and large gap welding. Can expand its functionality using Deepen deep penetration arc function when applied to thick plate deep penetration welding and thick back plate welding. Standard built-in IoT module and analog communication interface, extensive Digital Interface to be use in automatic welding machine and robot welding power supply.

Water-cooled Gun - 500 Amp Capacity:
Mainly composed of water-cooling gun and cable. The design of two-way shielding gas is innovatively used in the welding torch, which makes the shielding gas in welding very excellent, and the amount of shielding gas is greatly reduced, the cooling effect of welding torch is strengthened, and the life of conductive nozzle is prolonged.
Torch Service Station
Wire Cutter and Torch Cleaner functions :

Laser:
The laser scanner being the eyes of the Robot having a resolution of 0.05mm ensures that the location of the welds are precisely located and co-ordinates are recorded. This enables the Robot to weld at the 'Actual' path versus the 'Programmed' path. As there will always be deviation between the actual part versus its 3D drawing, the laser scanned is vital to ensure accurate actual path being used.
Rails:
12 M stoke 7th Axis ensures that the standard 12 M beams used in the Steel fabrication industry is able to be completed in one cycle. It houses all the components of the system ensuring cabling is reduced and is convenient for the OPERATOR to access all the components easily. Built to carry a 250 Kgs Wire drum ensures non-stop running for several hours.

After Sales Service
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 5-10 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
