Machine Composition and Characteristics:
It is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, infeed conveyor, feeding trolley, main machine, outfeed conveyor, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic system and etc.
  1. The transverse conveyor is the feeding table of the channels, and the single channel & angle steel & flat bar can be transferred to the "V" type roller table of the feed conveyor through the chain.
  2. Infeed conveyor is made up of stack, rack, guide slider, feed roller, etc., which is the feeding support of channels, angles and flat bars. Feed roller is composed of supporting bearing, rollers, etc. There is groove in the middle of feed roller side to make the clamp pass through.
  3. The feeding trolley is composed of servo motor, synchronous belt, trolley frame body, pneumatic clamp and etc. For the clamping and feeding of channels, angles and flat bars, the channels, angles and flat bars can be sent to the shear machine, and the servo motor controls the feeding position of the trolley to ensure the feeding accuracy.
  4. The main machine is composed of marking unit, left wing punching unit, web punching unit & right wing punching unit and shearing unit. The marking unit, left wing punching unit and shearing unit are independent units. The web punching unit and right wing unit share 3 vertical plates and 1 base.
    *When the channel is punched on three sides, the left wing punch unit, web punch and right wing punch unit working simultaneously.

    4.1 Marking unit, marking nominal force 630kN, equipped with four character boxes, the four-position oil cylinder is controlled by the electric program to select the required character box.
    4.2 The shearing unit is a single blade shearing and closed machine body, and the front door can be opened. The shear of channels & angles & flat bars with different sizes can be realized by changing the shear mould of channels, angles & flat bars.4.3 The left wing punching unit can punch the upper wing of channels. Punch mechanism is composed of punch cylinder, guide slider, die change cylinder, punch die frame, side push cylinder, pressing oil cylinder, etc. Each has 3 die positions, 3 sets of die change cylinders, and servo motor drive screw drives the die frame to change the accuracy of punch backmark. In addition, the punching unit, with a unique die frame design, can make waste materials easily fall into the waste box, easy to clean.
    4.4 The web punching & right wing punching unit is composed of three fuselage pieces fixed on the machine seat, two hydraulic punching master cylinders, six punching frames with upper and lower dies and two servo drive mechanisms to control the backmark adjustment. Each side of the unit can be loaded with three different specifications of punch, each punch is equipped with a cylinder. The piston rod of the cylinder is connected with a pad which is installed between the punch rod and the cylinder head. According to the computer instruction, the punch is automatically selected, that is, the corresponding cylinder is selected to push the corresponding pad; The determination of the backmark position is that the servo motor drives the die frame up and down to the required punching backmark position through the ball screw drive.
