TPHD2016F High Speed CNC Drilling Machine For Train Wheel
Product Feature:
- This machine is mainly used for drilling and milling of steel plate in the steel structure industry such as building, bridge, iron tower, etc., and can also be used for drilling and light milling of tube plate, baffle plate and circular flange in boiler and petrochemical industry. It is used for drilling through hole, blind hole, ladder hole, chamfering and milling. Maximum processing range is 2000 x 1600mm.
- CNC slide way drilling spindle (Z axis) with work piece of stroke is pre-set, realized auto switch with high efficiency, simple-structure, low-cost maintenance, easy operation etc.
- The main shaft of drilling head adopts Taiwan BT50 high precision shaft with internal cold rigidity. Equipped with hydraulic tool cylinder. The spindle is driven by a high-power servo motor with synchronous belt, and the spindle speed is 30 ~ 3000r/min.
- This machine have three CNC axis: gantry moving direction (x-axis);drilling head moving direction (y-axis); Spindle feeding direction (z axis). Machine equip each axis with linear guide and ball screw which is driven by high precision servo motor.
- Pneumatic automatic centering device is arranged on the plane of the work table, as well as several transverse T slots. 3 sets of hydraulic clamps are used to install clamping fixture and work piece. Automatic centering repeat positioning precision is not greater than 0.1mm.
- Machine have scrap cleaner which collect iron scraps and cutting liquid. Front door with sliding door, loading and unloading work piece.
- The machine equipped with automatic lubrication system for linear guides and ball screws.
- Machine adopts SIEMENS 808D system, also equip with computer for drawing and work piece program processing, easy to operate.
- The configuration of the machine, like ball screws, linear guides, main electrical parts, servo motors, inverter, etc., all famous brands.
- We can install the tool magazines according to customer's requirement to realize automatic tool change function.

After Sales Service
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 5-10 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
