Main Parts and configuration:
This production line is mainly composed of three-dimensional drilling unit, CNC control feeding converyor, longitudinal feeding, cooling system, hydraulic system, lubrication system, electrical system, chips collector carriage etc. This production line used for medium steel and small steel processing, easy to product repeatly and high automation.
1. Main Drilling Unit
Including main beam, left and right column, baseplate, sliding table, drilling spindle box, upper stamping, side stamping and material thickness and width detection device and so on.
The machine has three drilling headboxes, such as, the upper unit, the fixed side, the moving side drilling the spindle box, the horizontal and vertical drilling. Each drilling spindle box can be run separately, but also at the same time to complete the drilling operations, greatly improved efficiency.
Each drilling spindle box has three hydraulic self-control stroke of the spindle, you can install three kinds of diameter drill, can be a workpiece in the workpiece when the automatic processing of three different aperture. Spindle feed can be carried out automatically when the fast forward - work - rewind the conversion. The spindle shaft has a Morse taper hole for the installation of the drill bit, high positioning accuracy, easy to replace the drill bit.
The spindle speed of each drilling spindle box is adjusted steplessly by the inverter, and the feeding speed is adjusted steplessly by the speed regulating valve.
The fixed side drilling spindle box is mounted on the column, driven by the servo motor, guided by the ball screw, guided by the precision linear rolling guide, along the Z direction.
Upper unit drilling The spindle box is mounted on a beam, driven by a servo motor, guided by a ball screw, guided by a precision linear guide, and moved along the Y direction.
The mobile side drilling spindle box is mounted on the movable carriage, driven by the servo motor, guided by the ball screw, guided by the precision linear rolling guide, moving to W direction.

2. Feeding System
The feeding system including loading material and numerical control feeding device.

5. Drilling unit cooling system

6. Lubrication System

7. Electric System
