Product Description

1. Overview:
This machine made by frame, longitudinal slide, stand column, vertical slide, drilling unit, cnc control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, spray cooling system and other parts.
Frame and structure are welded assembly, the sliding plates and main shaft boxes are made of high quality cast iron, the materials are treated with thermal aging to completely elimination, the internal stress and ensure whole machine rigidity and precision.

2. Product Feature:

1. The horizontal machine with left & right part, left part made by 3 steel plates welded and aging process section. Bottom surface install several adjustable sizing block.
2. Working table under foundation, with uniformly-spaced support bars(with T slot for clamp workpieces)
3. Moveable gantry made by steel plates welded and aging processed 2 stand column and 1 beam for relieving internal pressure, each stand column and beam install 2 heavy load anchor linear guide and Ball screw pair, driven by the servo motor, making three sets of CNC slide and power head in the gantry horizontal and vertical direction.

The machine has a single ram-type drilling power head, that is, left and right horizontal drilling power head and vertical drilling power head to meet the requirements of drilling at the same time on three sides of the workpiece. Drilling power head using Taiwan's precision high-speed spindle, high precision rotation, good rigidity; Frequency conversion motor + synchronous belt drive, low speed and high torque, can withstand heavy cutting load, can also be suitable for high-speed machining of carbide cutting tools. Spindle with a hydraulic knife, loading and unloading tool is very convenient. 5. The machine has a total of eight feed axes. The longitudinal movement of the main shaft along the bed is X1 and X2 axis. The movement of the three feed shafts is guided by the ultra-high bearing capacity heavy-duty linear roller guide. 11.
