Applicable Industry:

This type machine is mainly used for drilling plate workpiece in construction, bridge, steel tower and other steel structure industries, and can also be used for drilling tube sheet, baffle plate and circular flange in boiler and petrochemical industry. This product is used for drilling through hole, blind hole, step hole, hole end chamfer and workpiece machining. 
Product Feature:

1. The machine tool is mainly composed of machine bed and longitudinal sliding table, gantry and transverse sliding table, vertical pillow drilling power box, worktable, chip remover, hydraulic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical system, etc. Among them, machine bed, gantry, spindle box, moving slide board and other structural parts adopt high quality carbon steel welding parts, after artificial aging treatment, remachining to ensure accuracy, strength, wear resistance, good heat resistance and good vibration absorption.
2. The machine adopts CNC slide pillow type power head(Z axis) and the stroke is set in advance according to the workpiece, it can realize the automatic conversion of drill bit fast forward--work forward--quick retreat, and has the advantages of high machining efficiency, simple structure, low maintenance cost and so on. The structure is exquisite, the use is convenient, the maintenance is simple.
3. The power head spindle of this machine adopts Taiwan BT40/BT50 internal cooling rigid precision spindle, which can use carbide internal cooling drill bit with high accuracy. Equipped with hydraulic tool cylinder, loading and unloading tools are extremely convenient. The spindle is driven by a high power spindle motor through a synchronous belt. The spindle speed is 30-- 3000 r / min, and the speed range is wide.
4. The machine have three CNC axis: gantry moving direction (X-axis); drilling head moving direction (Y-axis); Spindle feeding direction (Z axis). Each CNC axis is guided by precision linear rolling guideway and driven by AC servo motor + ball screw. Flexible motion and accurate positioning.
5. There are 12 hydraulic clamps and support strips arranged on the plane of the worktable for clamping fixtures and workpieces. 
6. The machine is equipped with a flat chain type automatic chip remover and chip collecting vehicle, the iron chips and the cutting fluid are collected.    
7. The precision linear roller guideway pair, precision ball screw pair and other high precision motion pairs of machine are equipped with automatic lubrication system.
8. Control system adopts SIEMENS PLC control, and is equipped with host computer to facilitate the storage and input of workpiece machining program, easy to operate.
9. The configuration of the machine, like ball screws, linear guides, main electrical parts, servo motors, inverter, etc., all famous brands with almost no fault.
