Product Description

1. Adopt CNC technology, servo motor infeeding, with high efficiency, stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic and electric parts all imported.
2. There are three sets of punch and die on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters, can process all holes once time.
3. Computer with Chinese/English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece. Easy programming, can manual programming and also can use the program generated by lofting software. It can read NC.1 files generated by TEKLA software.
4. CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information. Closed loop control to ensure high positioning precision.
5. All marking, punching and shearing in automatic completeness, all finished angles can be unloaded by pneumatic turnover device so as to lighten the working strength.
6. The control system consists of the host computer, servo motor, PLC, external examination sensors, etc. Just input the dimension of workpiece, the processing will be created. Furthermore, the program can be stored, selected, displayed and communicated as per the workpiece No.
7. Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program.
8. TAPM2020A is single blade shearing. The punching, marking and shearing cylinders are bigger;
9. With avoided shearing functions, so as to process fixed-length angles.
Processing precision (The allowable tolerance):
1. Two adjacent hole deviation of the same group ±0.5mm
2. Two not adjacent hole deviation of the same group ±0.7mm
3. Hole deviation of two adjacent group ±1mm
4. Stadia (Distance from central of hole to edge ) ±0.7mm
     
 
Installation Preparation
1. Installation time required for one set CNC angle line: 3-7 days.
1.1 The buyer should make ready foundation of machine according to the foundation drawing sent from our side. Please note, the foundation base plates for machine are not supplied by us. The buyer should make them according to drawing requirements.
1.2 Number 46# anti-wearing hydraulic oil, appx. 800L.
1.3 Oil filter is required before infuse oil into hydraulic oil tank.
1.4 Power supply and incoming line should be 50Hz, 380V, three phase. The coming line can be cable or lead wire of 3*102mm. And prepare earth wire of 62mm.
1.5 Air supply is required the air compressor also required for machine.
1.6 Leveling instrument (three legs type).
1.7 Frame level meter.
1.8 Five meter length tape measure.
1.9 Straight rule of 200mm.,
1.10 L-square.
1.11 Welding machine for spot weld foundation base plate.
1.12 Traveling crane or moveable forklift.
1.13 Hand drill.
1.14 Three people help to install machine.
2. Commissioning time required: 1-3 days.
2.1 Two operators, one maintainer. Arrange some people to accept training. They have to stay with our engineers during installation, commissioning and training.
2.2 Material for testing machine.
3. Training time required: 5 days.
It is better that the people who accept training can know computer and electrical knowledge.
Remark1:Water Cooling Device
If the temperature of oil is too high, density of the oil becomes smaller, and affecting normal operation of machine, and even causing oil leakage, so the oil need cooling device, the best way of cooling for oil is water cooling, client just need to weld one water tank (size about: 2x1.5x1.8m, this size just for reference, picture as below:), when you welded the water tank, buy one pump (Requirements of the pump: power more than 0.5KW, pump head 10m, if bigger it's better, picture for reference as below:)

Remark2: Air Compressor Device
Our machine need air pressure, so in client's factory need the air compressor, for our machine requirements of air compressor: pressure 0.8Mpa, capacity 1m³, it's ok. Picture for reference as below
   
Remark3: We quote the price not include the Installation, Commissioning and Training.  
Normally, for angle line need two engineer(Electrical and Mechanical).The buyer shall provide round trip air tickets, suitable accommodation & Airport pickup (boarding, lodging and local transport) to seller's engineers during their service abroad. In addition, the buyer shall pay $50 USD extra per day per person to seller's engineer as technical service fees during their stay at buyer's factory.
