Some factories to improving working efficiency and accuracy, willing to buy new condition and automatic cnc machine, following point you need to pay attention
1) Drilling speed, standard model is 560rmp/min, high speed type is 3000rmp/min which will be about 5-6 times of of standard for same material ,same hole drilling.
TSWZ700 is standard model, rotation speed is 560rpm/min, it suitable for normal steel structure. If you need high speed, pls contact us freely.
2) Feeding method, CNC carriage will be 20-300mm/min, meanwhile, roller feeding will be 10m/min ,and nc carriage feeding CNC h-beam drilling machine ,the position precision will be higher.
All Sunrise CNC beam drilling machine we adopted NC Carraige feeding mode, which can improve working precision and extend machine working life.
We not recommend roller feeding mode:
Using roller feeding, roller can not makes workpiece feeding hundred percent, roller feeding for friction force, once roller surface has rust, the moving value can changed with set on computer. We abandoned it for customers positive feedback many years ago.
Compared with roller feeding, NC carriage feeding system is more popular for high precision, as it adopts hydraulic clamps which could hold workpiece feeding.

3) CNC beam drilling machine Main parts , which adopt steel plate welded ,strong rigidity than square steel welded. Which will ensure the more stable during drilling beam steels.
4) Sale-service, 1-2 engineers (can speaking english) will go to end users plant to install and training. Factory has to arrange at least 2 operator to learn.

Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 10-15 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
