This production line is mainly used for marking, punching and shearing of metal parts in power transmission, communication industry and construction industry.

The CNC production line has independent hydraulic power mechanism and electrical CNC system, using centralized control. At the same time in order to facilitate the host mold adjustment and other parts adjustment, also has part of decentralized control action.
 
  1. The main machine adopts the steel plate combined mechanism. Small Size, light weight, good rigidity. Hydraulic system with solenoid valve reversing, simple structure, easy to use, easy to maintain.
  2. Single Blade Shear, no scrap, save more raw materials; upper and lower blade clearance can be adjusted according to the material thickness.
3. Close-type marking unit, with four transposition head box; machine through the force analysis can be seen that the force is better, the equipment is more stable.
4. Closed type Punching unit, very strong. Each punching unit is equipped with 3 die moulds and 3 sets of cylinder automatic quick die changing device, which can automatically realize 3 sets of punching with different diameters. Backmark servo adjustment, equipped with a feeding mechanism to avoid the collision of the equipment during the feeding process. The press device ensures the accuracy of the equipment in the punching process. PLC program optimization combined with hydraulic system improvement, so that the whole machine punching speed is very fast.
5. The shearing unit uses a closed fuselage, which is very strong. The single-edge shearing mechanism ensures that the cutting section is neat and the shearing gap is convenient to adjust.
6. The NC carriage, angle is clamped by pneumatic clamps, to move and position quickly. The workpiece is driven by servo motor, driven by gear rack and linear guide, high positioning accuracy. The maximum speed can reach 80m/min.
a.The guide adopts special steel, through anti-corrosion treatment, not easy to rust, rack quenching treatment, long time friction will not be damaged, long life, more stable performance;
b.The clamp rod of the new NC carriage is stable and does not vibrate. The clamp rod is lifted by pneumatic, which has high speed and high efficiency
C.The NC carriage adopts more stable sub-guide to move on the feeding path, with high precision, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
7. The machine has three CNC axes: the movement and positioning of the feeding carriage, the movement and positioning of the AB datum, each CNC axis through CNC control to ensure the accuracy of hole spacing of angle & flat & channel Steel, and the accuracy of the quasi-distance of the transverse punching.
8. The transverse feeding table is used as the feeding table for Angle Steel, and the angle steel is manually divided and slid down to the feeding channel.
9. The hydraulic pipeline adopts the structure of clamping sleeve, which effectively reduces the oil leakage and improves the stability of the equipment.
10. Equipment configuration of the main outsourcing parts: cylinders, solenoid valves, hydraulic valves, PLC, servo motors, drives and other products from world-famous brands, ensure high reliability and high precision equipment.
11. Computer programming is easy, can show the workpiece graphics and hole location coordinates, easy to check. It is convenient to store and call the program, to display the graphics, to diagnose the faults and to communicate remotely by using the host computer.
